New shipping rates starting October 2026

When exporting or importing books, the applicable group depends on whether or not the destination country imposes customs duties. Since higher-cost shipping methods are used for countries that impose duties, there are two different shipping rates.

Group 1:

1,100 JPY per book; maximum limit of 20,000 JPY. About Group 1: All countries other than Group 2.

Group 2:

Orders are accepted for a minimum of 5 books. Shipping costs are 1,400 JPY per book; maximum limit of 20,000 JPY. Due to the site's specifications, the order process will complete even for orders of four books or fewer; however, we will cancel the order once we verify it.

About Group 2:

We ship only to the United States and the following EU member states: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain. We are temporarily suspending orders for other EU member states due to the lack of suitable shipping options.
